If your property meets the following criteria, we can give you a fixed price for project.
- Relatively level lot
- Sewer lateral tested and or updated
- Not in a slide zone
- Not near a creek
- Sufficient lot size to allow for required open space for your zone
- Main house is not fire sprinklered (will require fire sprinklers if so)
- Access to main house sewer line
- 60 Amps available on main electrical panel
- Gas and water mains are of sufficient capacity (usually is the case)
- No special site/lot conditions.
If your property does not meet all these items, we can probably still do your project with additional expenses.
